Questions supply any looked-up value as given data. What is being tested is the method, which is where the marks actually go.
Exam simulation is mixed to the published blueprint, roughly seven knowledge questions to every three calculations, and clocked at the real per-portion pace. It withholds every answer until you submit, the way the real one does, and gives you a review screen first. Practice deliberately leans the other way, toward the calculation questions, because those are the portions with the lower pass rates. It explains each question the moment you answer it.
