You have evenings and one weekend day. Plan around that.
Most study plans assume you are free. This one assumes you have about ten hours a week and are tired for most of them.

Week one: navigation only
Do not study content. Study the book.
Tab it properly, work through where the common topics live, and drill finding sections against a clock. Open the book, find 240.6, close it. Again. Find Chapter 9 Table 5. Again.
This feels like it is not studying. It is the highest-yield week of the four, because the exam is open book and the failure mode is speed of retrieval.
Week two: the calculations you will definitely see
Conduit fill. Ampacity with derating and termination limits. Box fill. Dwelling load calculation.
Work each one until the sequence is automatic and you no longer have to decide what to do next.
Do them with the book open every time. Practicing from memory trains a skill you will not use.
Week three: motors, grounding and the rest
Motors, because the two-currents distinction takes a while to stick and it is worth several questions.
Grounding and bonding, because the article is long and the questions are spread across it.
Then the installation topics: working space, receptacle spacing, GFCI locations, wiring methods.
Week four: timed practice and nothing else
Full-length, timed, book in hand, no interruptions.
Score it, find the two weakest content areas, and spend the remaining evenings on those two only.
Resist the urge to review everything. At this point breadth is comfort and depth is points.
The evening that matters most
The night before, do not study. Check your book, your tabs, your identification and your route.
Every hour of last-night cramming trades a small knowledge gain for a real loss in the thing that actually fails people, which is working quickly while tired.
